Refund & Cancellation Policy

We deeply value every contribution. This policy explains how genuine payment errors and cancellations are handled.

Donations

Donations made to Aryavir Bharat Foundation are generally final and non-refundable. If you believe a technical error or duplicate transaction occurred, notify us within two business days of the transaction date.

Verified errors

Each request is reviewed individually. A refund is issued only when the transaction is verified as a genuine error, using the original payment method where possible. Processing time may also depend on the payment provider or bank.

Event sponsorships

If Aryavir Bharat Foundation cancels a programme or campaign, an associated sponsorship amount may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
